Administration Department Assistant of Project Director
I have worked in Sudan Merowe Dam Project for more than 4 years. During my first three years (2006.12 ~ 2010.4), I was an English translator / interpretor in Technical Department and mainly responsible for translation of method statement, technical proposal and official letters to Engineer/Employer, as well as oral interpretation on site and in the meeting.

From 2010.4 - 2011.3, I was fortunately selected by our Project Director to be transferred to Administration Department and promoted as the Chief Secretary of Secretary Section and also the Assistant of Project Director. I was mainly responsible for all-round works of Secretary Section, including English / Chinese translation of official letters, method statement,etc, preparation of minutes of internal and external meetings, reception / distibution of internal/ external documents, communication / coordination with Engineer/Employer, holding frequent checks of safety & environmental situation on site, making monthly site progress video, carrying out normal maintenance of networks, computers and some office machinery.
In addition, I also worked as the Assistant of Project Director. I was mainly responsible for assiting Project Director with oral & written English translation /interpretation, prepation of internal/external letters, arrangement of daily schedule for project director, attending regular meeting with Engineer/Employer regarding technical,contractual and commerical issues, participating external activities with Project Director etc.
