[Equipment Rental] Detailed demand for rental service of simultaneous interpretation equipment should be submitted at least 1 or 2 weeks earlier

 

If you need to rent our simultaneous interpretation equipment, please make an appointment at least 1 or 2 weeks earlier, the service procedures and remarks are as follows:

 

1.       The total price will be much cheaper if you rent the equipment and get the simultaneous interpretation service from us at the same time;

 

2.       When making an equipment rental appointment, please inform us the detailed demand including the time, place, and languages of conference, area of meeting room, quantity of audiences and seats layout, etc, through telephone or e-mail.  

 

3.       We’ll email you the equipment list, price and rental contract template to you according to your demand;

 

4.       The official rental contract may be delivery by express service or fax, or be signed in person.
