On Jan. 10th, 2009, the international conference for “Experience Summarization for Sino-Japanese China Rural Social Insurance System Innovation and Management Criteria” was given in Social Insurance Ability Building Center (Chaoyang District, Beijing), operated by Department of Rural Insurance, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
