前言
Preface
石太客运专线新线区段采用SEI列控联锁一体化系统（简称SEI系统），该系统已应用在秦沈线。本技术条件作为石太线SEI系统设计、验收及运用的依据。
New section of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan passenger dedicated line adopts Interlocking & Train controls System (referred to as SEI system) which has been applied on Qin-Shen passenger dedicated line. The technical conditions are served as the basis for the design, acceptance and application of SEI system for Shi-Tai line.
本技术标准由铁道第三勘察设计院集团有限公司技术归口并解释。The conditions shall be interpreted by Third Railway Survey and Design Institute Group Corporation.
