1.秀水湖商务区 Xiushui Lake Business Zone
秀水湖商务区是温都水城最早开发的景点之一，因岛形似鲍鱼，初名为“鲍鱼岛”。2007年春夏之交，由全国48万人参与的“红楼梦中人”选秀活动中脱颖而出的71位优秀选手，在这里角逐。“水城石头记”、“许愿树”以及石台上的手掌印见证了“红楼梦中人”的追梦之旅。
Xiushui Lake Business Zone is one of the sites which were developed the earliest in Wendu Water City. It is named Abalone Island for it’s shaped like an abalone. The 71 best players out of 480, 000 participants excelling in “People in The Dream of the Red Chamber” Activity contended here. The sites “Water City Stone Story”, “Wishing Tree” and palm stamps on the stone platform witnessed their trips pursuing dreams.
商务区占地面积73000平方米。其中水面40000平方米，湖面与环城水系相通，可乘船漂游水城诸多景点。建筑按照江南水乡建筑风格建设，建筑面积15000平米。有4座宾馆楼，45套客房，可容纳100余人的多媒体会议室；餐厅有10个豪华包间和可容纳 120人就餐的宴会厅。北侧的活动中心建筑面积8000平方米，设有健身房、保龄球、乒乓球、羽毛球、篮球等健身设施，并可举行大型会议、才艺表演、体育赛事等集会活动。
The Business Zone takes some 73,000 m2, in which 40,000 m2 are water. The lake is connected with the water system around the city so that visitors could take boats and visit the scenery spots along the river. The construction is built following the style of southern Chinese riverside town, taking an area up to 15, 000m2. There are 4 hotel buildings and 45 suits of guest houses, as well as multi-media conference room accepting more than 100 guests at once. In the dining hall, there are 10 luxury rooms and a banqueting hall accepting 120 guests. The activity center at north covers 8000 m2 with gym, bowling, ping-pong, badminton, basket ball facilities. It’s also available for big activities like conferences, talent shows or sports events.
2. 王府商业街 Wangfu Commercial Street
王府商业街位居京城中轴正北延长线，坐落郑家庄皇城南城门以里的御道。2006年7月落成，总建筑面积1.5万平方米，其中东侧6900平方米，西侧7760平方米。整体建筑沿袭了中国皇家古典建筑风格，红墙碧瓦、格局对称，恢宏大气、厚重典雅。
Wangfu Commercial Street locates on the extension of center shaft line at north, sits on the royal road inside of south gate of Imperial City at Zhengjiazhuang. It’s completed In July 2006 with a total area of 150, 000 m2, in which the east part covers 6900 m2 and the west part covers 7760 m2. The whole construction follows the classical architectural style of Chinese royal family with red walls and green tiles in a symmetric pattern showing significance and elegance.
这里云集了古玩玉器、名家字画、仿古家具、古物收藏以及旅游用品、特色纪念品和具有知名品牌的精品店。风味餐厅、快餐厅、咖啡屋、KTV练歌房应有尽有。晴天翌日驻足商业街向北眺望，燕山山脉叠峦起伏的山峰，形如一尊神态自若的仰佛，景自天成，令人心旷神怡。尽享美食、购物与游览的愉悦。
Here one may find antiques & jadeware, paintings & calligraphies, antiquated furniture, antiquity collection and boutiques for tourist novelty, souvenir and famous brands. There are stylish restaurants, fast foods, coffee shops, Karaoke and so on. Standing on the commercial street in a sunny day looking to the north, the Yanshan Mountains look like a lying Buddha appears perfectly at ease. Here one can enjoy the gourmet, shopping as well as natural sceneries.
3．水城御墅 Water City Royal Villa
水城御墅坐在风景秀丽落的温榆河畔，共为66座，于2009年动工兴建，专为文化界“大家”量身定做。为了恢复原始风貌，找回传统村落感觉，温都水城特别设计了这片具有中国住宅传统风格的“四合院”文化艺墅群。既为文化“大家”提供创作、交流和休息场所，又全面提升社区文化氛围。
Water city royal villa sits at Wenyu River side with beautiful scenes, totaling 66 villas. They were established in 2009 especially for the great Masters in culturati. In order to restore the original style and features of a traditional village, Wendu Water City designed these villas in courtyards in Chinese traditional style providing a place for the great Masters in culturati for creation, communication and rest, and elevated the cultural atmosphere for the whole community.
水城御墅依据明清建筑风格，分别有一进四合院、二进四合院和三进四合院三种户型，一进院建筑面积约800平方米，二进院建筑面积约1300平方米。三进院约2799平方米。磨砖对缝、石刻砖雕、红柱灰瓦、前廊后厦、斗拱飞檐、胡同门楼、小院深幽，再现了北京传统建筑文化。
The royal villas were built in accordance with the construction style in Ming & Qing Dynasties. There are three types of courtyards: single hall, double halls & three halls. Courtyards with single hall takes around 800 m2, courtyards with double halls takes some 1300 m2 and with three halls takes around 2799 m2. The traditional Beijing construction culture was reflected in the rubbed bricks with tight joints, stone & brick carving, red pillars & grey tiles, corridors in front & mansion at back, brackets & cornices, hutong & gate tower and the deep yards.
4. HI水空间 Hi Water Space
以水为主题的大型水上娱乐场馆---“HI水空间”是温都水城的核心场馆之一，是目前亚洲最为先进的水游乐场馆。建筑面积约2万平方米，可以同时容纳4000人在馆内与水亲和、休闲娱乐。
The big water-scheme recreation venue “Hi Water Space” is one of the core venues in Wendu Water City and it is the most advanced water playground in Asia. It covers some 20, 000 m2 with a capacity of 4000 persons playing together with water.
水空间与水城国际文化广场相视而坐，冬日里一雪一水有如并蒂莲花；夏日里广场上140米长的水舞音乐喷泉随着音乐的节拍此起彼伏，使人置身于“水”的环境中。
The Water Space and International Cultural Square of Water City sit the opposite. In winter time, one could see them full with water and covered by snow, look like two lotus flowers growing on one stalk. In summer time the 140m long music fountain plays in rhythm of the music which brings visitors into a world of water.
“水空间”以戏水、玩水、观水为主要活动内容。设有标准的国际比赛游泳池、216种人工造浪以及滑板冲浪、太空盆、太空梭、竞技速滑、人造沙滩、儿童戏水池、互动水屋、天网、鳄鱼池等。大型水中升降舞台定时把具有民族特色的歌舞或模特展示等大型活动奉献给游客。
In Water Space the main activity is playing & viewing water. There are standard swimming pool for international competitions, 216 types of artificial waves and surfing games, space basin, space shuttle, speed skating, man-made sand beach, leisure pool for children, interactive water house, skynet, crocodile pool, and so on. Big shows like singing and dancing with ethnic flavor or model shows can be presented to visitors by large elevator stage in the water.
滑动开启式的“水空间”中央屋顶，开启跨度64米，最大开启面积达4000平方米，让游客感受天水合一、身心两悦的意境。
The sliding center roof in Water Space could open up to 64m wide with an opening area of 4000m2, which brings visitors to an artistic environment combining with sky & water, physical and mental leisure.
5. 温泉养生会馆 Hot Spring Health Preservation Club
温泉养生会馆建筑面积约8000平方米，致力于传承、拓展中国温泉养生文化，力推温泉理疗、温泉瑜伽、温泉美体、温泉美食、温泉运动等温泉养生概念，倡导温泉与养生、休闲与健康的新理念。
The Hot Spring Health Preservation Club takes some 8000 m2. It aims to passing on and expanding the Chinese hot spring health preservation culture and promote the health preservation ideas like physical therapy in hot spring, hot spring yoga, body beautifying in hot spring, hot spring gourmet, hot spring sports etc. The new concepts like hot spring and health preservation, and leisure & health are advocated.
一层湿区设有35个温泉泡池和健康水疗浴，包括水中健身区、按摩击打区、保健水疗区、特殊疗效区、室外温泉区以及冰雪屋等，还可以根据个人的需要包池享用人参浴、当归浴、芦荟浴、灵芝浴、薄荷浴、玫瑰浴、红酒浴、牛奶浴、花瓣浴、盐雾浴等等。二层干区设有温泉美体、温泉美容、香熏、玉石床和温泉养生营养餐厅、休息大厅等。
In the wet area on 1st floor, there are 35 hot spring pools and health hydrotherapy facilities, including water fitness area, massage & beating area, health care hydrotherapy area, special treatment, outdoor hot spring area and icing house, etc. Guests may also get private pools to enjoy ginseng bath, or angelica bath, aloe bath, Ganoderma bath, mint bath, rose bath, wine bath, milk batch, petal bath, salt-mist bath, etc. In the dry area on 2nd floor, there are facilities including hot spring body beautifying, hot spring facial, aromatherapy, jade bed and hot spring health care canteen, lounge and so on.

The unique water fitness, water massage and body check by professionals, hot spring food therapy, skin protection & health care, featured massage all showed the concept of care people. It proposes solutions to cope with sub-health for office workers.
6. 水城国际文化广场 Water City International Culture Square
“水城国际文化广场”建筑面积12万平方米。波浪形屋顶，北高南低，一坡到地；五个红色坛柱自上而下排列屋顶中央，其寓意指“天干五合”之金、木、水、火、土。建筑造型新颖奇特、雄伟瑰丽，极富创意，与南向的“水空间”相互呼应，仿佛一幅巨幅板画镶嵌在水城景区。
The Water City International Culture Square takes some 120,000 m2 with a wave-shaped roof high at north and low at south which forms a whole ramp. Five red pillars are placed from top to bottom at center of the roof, symbolizing the “Celestial Stems and Pentahapto” which are gold, wood, water, fire and earth. This construction is built in a fantastic novel shape embodies significance and creativity. Echoing with the Water Space at south, they look like a huge print mounted in the water city scenery zone.
广场坡面屋顶与地面广场衔为一体，可举办大型集会活动，冬季为24小时营业的滑雪场，分为高级、中级、初级三个雪道。屋顶的玻璃塔则设有空中全景餐厅以及顶层观光层，将整个景区的美景尽收眼底。场内地上1－5层为名品展销及休闲娱乐。设有专业院线电影厅、儿童娱乐世界、梦幻世界、未来世界等不同主题区域以及影视动漫产业基地和郑各庄主题村庄展览馆。地下层有1万多平方米的主题购物超市和500泊位的停车场。
The square ramp roof is extended to the ground square where huge gatherings could be held. In winter time it could be used for a skiing resort opening for 24 hours a day with three tracks (advanced, medium, beginner). There is also full view canteen and top layer sightseeing in glass tower at roof. One may have a panoramic view to the whole region. Inside on the ground, famous brands shops and recreation areas are set from the 1st to 5th floor, with cinema, entertainment world for children, fantasy land, and future world as well as many different schemed parks and movie & comic industry base, and Zhenggezhuang schemed village exhibition hall. Under the ground there are schemed supper market of 10, 000m2 and parking lot of 500 berths.
7. 宏福公园 Hongfu Park
“宏福公园”为开放式休闲主题公园，按照江南水乡园林风格设计，2002年6月破土动工，2003年“5.1”国际劳动节对游人开放。中心岛为商务区，所有建筑全部是青砖青瓦，斗拱出挑、飞檐翘角。环岛水面60亩，与环城水系交汇贯通，四座白石拱桥有如彩虹将岛岸相连。园内配有电动、脚踏、划桨等功能各异的游船和快艇，环湖有千米的旱冰跑道。双层六角亭与八角亭水陆遥望。湖岸绿树成荫，湖水碧波荡漾，水中鱼儿游荡。不论是漫步轻游还是划船垂钓，都会感到其乐融融。
ongfu Park is an open leisure schemed park designed following the gardening style in southern Chinese riverside town. It was started in June 2002 and opened on May 1st 2003. With a business zone on the central island, the whole construction is built by black brick and grey tile, with outstanding brackets and angled cornices. The water surface is around 60 acres, fully linked up with the water system around the city. There are four white stone arch bridges connecting island with banks. In the park, there are yacht and speed boat driving by motor, pedals or paddles. Roller skating tracks of 1000m long is also surrounding the lake. There are double floor hexagonal pavilion looking at octagonal pavilion from distance. With the pleasant shade made by trees and green waves on lake, fishes playing in water, visitors will enjoy the leisure when wandering, boating or fishing.
8．温榆河公园 Wenyuhe Park
温榆河公园由公共墓地改造而成，占地1.9公顷。2003年平整，2010年始建，2012年竣工。地处温都水城景区西北侧，北依北京母亲河――温榆河，南邻定泗路，因紧邻温榆河而得名。
Wenyuhe Park is rebuilt on a public cemetery, covering 1.9 hektare. It was leveled in 2003, built from 2010 and completed in 2012. Locating at northwest of Wendu Water City and with Wenyu River – Mother River in Beijing at north, it’s neighboring Dingsi Road and got its name by Wenyu River.
温榆河公园秉承人文理念，沿袭当地民俗文化基本特征规划设计。绿地面积1.5公顷，建筑面积6000平方米。土丘起伏、小径通幽，影伴亭廊、松柏叠翠，花草竞秀，令人顿感神清气爽。供人们请香还愿、祈福求安的福泽宫，香客、游人不断，香烟燎绕，紫气升腾；祭拜仙灵、供奉佛祖的寿宁宫，肃穆深幽，象征国泰民安、政通人和的福泽塔，巍峨俊秀，若登上塔顶，将饱览湖光山色、秀丽风光。
Wenyuhe Park takes the academics concepts and follows the basic features of local folk arts in its planning & designing. It has 1.5 hektare of green area and building area of 6000 m2. With heaving hills, extending pathways, green shadows around pavilions and corridors and doubled green by pine and cypress, fragrant flowers and grass, visitors will enjoy and relax in this environment. In the Fuze Palace where people pray for good luck & fortune, it’s filled with pilgrims and visitors and curled incense smokes. There is also the sober and deep Shouning Palace where people worship Gods and dedicate to Buddha, and lofty delicate Fuze Tower symbolizing prosperity and peace, logical administration and harmonious people.
