Safety stipulation
This machine supplies many safety measures to prevent staff from being injured and equipment from being damaged; anyone who carries out the operation or the maintenance must read this manual carefully.
A. The followings should be paid attention to during the machine installation:
The following matters should be noticed during the installation in order to ensure the operational safety of CNC machine:
1. Wiring:
(1) The earth terminal should be marked with PE.
(2) Confirm that performance of the wire used equals to or is superior to the requirement of maintenance manual.
(3) It is not allowed to connect any device power supply line to the distributor cap likely to generate interference.
(4) Qualified engineers should be assigned to perform this work.
2. Earthing: the earthing is made according to the local regulation.
B. Notices before starting up:
(1) Use qualified cable conductor and protecting tube to prevent electric leakage or shock.
(2) Confirm that the connected lines has correct voltage and capacity.
(3) Both electric box and operation box must be closed to prevent cutting fluid or dust from entering into.
(4) Inspect if oil mass in each oil tank is adequate.
(5) Switch on the factory power, main power supply of machine and power switch on operation box in turn.
C. Notices before usage:
(1) Please take notice that if the ready indicating lamp lights up after the power is input.
(2) Ensure that no motor or other parts appears abnormal sound.
(3) When the machine is operated in first time or stopped for long duration, the lubrication oil must be added to each slide rail surface. Therefore the machine is started but out of operation for about 30 minutes in order that the lubrication pump will pump the oil to the slide rail surface before the re-operation.
(5) Inspect if the protective cover on each part is installed in place.
D. Operation notices: the machine should be warmed up before usage, especially both the spindle and the feed shaft should be run for 10~20 minutes or above at 50% of top speed.
(1) Confirm if the button is correct before the operation, and inspect if the fixture is safe and sound.
(2) Zero back the feed shaft to mechanical origin.
(3) NEVER touch the rotating spindle or workpiece by naked hand or by other methods.
(4) DO NOT touch the scrap iron or the spindle nose by hand. The brush should be used for clearing.
(5) Workpieces should be kept certain distance between the cutter and the machine should be stopped during the loading and unloading.
(6) Pay attention not damage the machine guard when stacker, crane or similar equipment is used.
(7) Please wear the protection mask to avoid the inhalation on cutting the light alloy.
(8) Three shafts will occur the sliding under power fail or emergency stop, therefore the feed shaft must be returned to the mechanical origin after the operation recovers.
(9) If the machine powers off owing to the lighting, the main power supply must be switched off.
E. Notices after the work is completed:
(1) Please shut down the machine to clear the machine or the equipment.
(2) Return all mechanical parts to their original conditions.
(3) Inspect the oil mass in each oil tank and refill if necessary.
(4) Switch off the power of operation panel and the power transmission switch of main power supply and factory before leaving the machine for off-duty.
F. Maintenance notices:
(1) The electric maintenance must be made by qualified staff.
(2) All maintenance works should refer to the stipulated procedure.
(3) All wires and fuses must be produced by qualified manufacturers.
(4) Parts related to travel limit switch, approximate switch or any protection switches are not allowed to be removed or modified by oneself. 原件下载：
