Three-Piece Plastic Construction – Simplifies Installation and Reduces Labor Cost
The three-piece plastic construction of the Model 4000-P provides key advantages:
?Compact design encloses (2) 24x24 & (2) 20x24 single header filters
?The lighter weight of the plastic, when compared to metal legacy designs, reduces shipping costs and simplifies handling and staging at the installation site.
?The reduced weight and number of components means less labor is required to install the housing. Only one person is required for installation.
?Gasketed three-piece construction limits air bypass ensuring clean air delivery for breeder and feeder stock.
?Solid-bottom design is superior to open-bottom legacy designs. The solid-bottom improves air flow by reducing back pressure when compared to the open-bottom
? Unique fastening system requires no loose clips for pre and final filter installation.
The plastic components of the Model 4000-P are more resistant to corrosive gases present in animal containment structures when compared to metal components. That means longer service life and fewer maintenance costs. The AG 4000 is also field repairable if damaged following installation. Slight damage can be patched and a plastic welder can be used to repair more severe damage.
Choice of Designs
A reduced size housing, Model 2000-P, is also available and offers the same features and advantages as the Model 4000-P. This housing encloses 20x24 and 24x24 single header filters
