3.概述 General
GZDW 系列高频开关直流电源柜是我公司吸收消化国内外同类产品的优点，根据GB/T 19826-2005和DL/T 459-2000等标准自行设计生产的直流电源成套装置，是目前变配电系统必不可少的直流电源系统。产品作为控制、信号、事故照明等负荷的正常与事故情况下的直流电源系统，广泛应用于500KV到10KV不同电压等级的变电站及开闭所，15MW-60MW发电机组的电厂等场所。产品具有RS485/RS232通讯接口，通过上位机可实现对本设备的“四遥”（遥测、遥信、遥调、遥控），可用于无人值守变电站，是传统直流电源成套装置的理想换代产品。
GZDW series high frequency switch DC power supply cabinet is the complete DC power supply device designed and produced by absorbing advantages of like products both here and abroad and according to GB/T 19826-2005 and DL/T 459-2000 standards; it is a DC power supply system indispensable to power distribution system. As the DC power supply system under normal and accident conditions of loads such as control, signal and emergency lighting, the product is widely used in transformer substations and switching stations of different voltage class between 500KV and 10KV as well as generating stations with 60MW power sets. The product has RS485/RS232 communication interface and can realize four remote functions (remote measuring, remote signaling, remote regulating and remote control) to the equipment via the upper computer. It can be used in unmanned substations and is the ideal replacement to traditional complete DC power supply device.
4. 正常使用条件：Normal operating condition:
4.1 海拔不超过2000m。The elevation not exceeding 2000m.
4.2 设备运行期间周围空气温度不高于40℃，不低于-25℃。
Temperature of ambient air during the equipment operation not higher than 40℃ and not be lower than - 25℃.
4.3 日平均相对湿度不大于95%，月平均相对湿度不大于90%。
Daily average relative humidity no greater than 95%, monthly average relative humidity not greater than 90%.
4.4 安装使用地点无强烈振动和冲击，无强电磁干扰，外磁场感应强度不得超过0.5mT。
No sharp vibration and impact, no strong electromagnetic Interference at installation and operation site; induction density of foreign field not exceeding 0.5mT.
4.5 安装垂直倾斜度不超过5%。
Vertical installation gradient not exceeding 5%.
4.6 使用地点不得有爆炸危险介质，周围介质不含有腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的有害气体
及导电介质，不允许有霉菌存在。
No explosion hazard media in operation site; no corroding metal or noxious gas and conducting medium in ambient medium that damages the insulation, no mold allowed.
4.7 交流输入采用三相四线制，电压不对称度不超过5%。
The AC input adopts three-phase four-wire system with asymmetry degree of the voltage not exceeding 5%.
4.8 交流输入电压应为正弦波，非正弦含量不超过10%。
The AC input voltage should be of the sine wave with content of non-sine not exceeding 10%.
5. 直流系统简介Abstract of DC system
交流进线采用双路供电，并可互为备用。设备中高频开关电源模块构成整流系统，冗余配置，正常工作时，互为备用，当其中一台模块故障时，不影响其他模块输出。
The A.C. lead-in adopts two circuit power supplies with mutual backup. Medium high frequency switching supply modules of the equipment form the rectification system with redundant configuration. During the normal operations, they are mutual backup; when one module fails, the output of other modules will not be influenced.
主电路采用了不同分断能力的直流断路器，对控制输出、合闸输出及蓄电池输出，利用不同容量等级电流的直流断路器对系统进行合理的上下级配合保护。
The main circuit adopts DC circuit breakers of different interrupting capacity. For control output, switching on output and battery output, the DC circuit breaker of different capacity current is used to carry out reasonable upper and lower mated protection.
监控单元是以触摸式人机界面为控制中心，对直流系统的充电浮充电、绝缘监察、电池巡检、故障报警等进行自动控制，具有很强的抗干扰功能。
The monitor unit conducts the autocontrol to float charging, insulation supervising, battery examining and fault alarm to DC system taking the touch man-machine interface as the control center. It has strong anti-interference function.
正常时，由触摸屏控制整流模块的运行，直接向控制母线供电；并且负责对蓄电池的均充和浮充电，浮充电压为2.25(×n)，均充电压为 2.33(×n)，充电电流值小于等于0.1CA.
Under normal operation, the touch screen controls the operation of the rectification module and supplies the power directly to the control bus; It is responsible for both equalizing charge and float charging of battery; the floating charge voltage is 2.25 (* n) and the equalizing charge voltage is 2.33 (* n); the charging current less than or equal to 0.1CA
高频开关整流模块既可作为各支路的工作电源，又可给蓄电池充电，合母回路的冲击性负荷则由蓄电池直接供电。
The high frequency switch rectification module can be taken not only the working power supply of each branch but also to charge a battery; impact load of the switching-on bus circuit is powered directly by the battery.
6. 注意事项： Notices:
6.1 设备安装就位后，应可靠接地。解除所有继电器动触点的紧固物，同时将所有开关置于断开位置。
The equipment should be earthed reliably after the installation. Tighteners of moving contacts of all relays should be released and meanwhile all switches should be turned to off-position.
6.2 设备上电前，检查内部所有紧固件是否松动、电气元器件是否完好。
Inspect all fasteners for any looseness and if the electric devices are in good condition before the power-on.
6.3 按本设备图纸要求，检查输入交流电压是否符合设备电压(380V±10%)要求，并检查输入电源引线，控制回路及设备间所有联络线是否有误。
According to the requirement of the equipment drawing, inspect if the input AC voltage meet the requirement the equipment voltage (380V±10%) and inspect if lead-in of input power supply, control loop and all link lines between equipments have any error.
6.4 本设备若经长途运输或长时间存放后,应先用500伏兆欧表测量直流母线对地绝缘电阻，一般绝缘电阻大于2兆欧,均属合格。测试前必须可靠短接或解除二极管、高频开关模块、触摸屏及其控制回路，解除电池组与外电路的连接线等。
After long distance transportation or long time storage, 500V megger should be used to measure the ground insulation resistance of DC bus; generally the insulation resistance greater than 2 megohm is considered to be qualified. The diode, the high frequency switch module, the touch screen and its control loop must be shorted or released reliably; the connecting line from the battery unit and the external circuit must be released.
6.5 高频开关电源模块为直流系统核心部件，设备处于运行状态时必须每隔一个月对高频开关电源模块防尘网进行除尘处理一次，否则将直接影响到模块及电池的使用寿命。
The high frequency switching supply module is the core part of the DC system. Dust screen of the high frequency switching supply module must be dedusted at least once a months when the equipment is in operational service, or else service life of the module and the battery will be influenced directly.
6.6 高频开关电源模块上的电压微调电位器或电压微调按钮、拨码开关，设备出厂时均已设定完毕，请不要随意拨动！否则将影响设备的正常运行。
The voltage trimming potentiometer or the voltage trimming button and the thumb wheel dial on the high frequency switching supply module have been set up before the equipment leaves the factory; DO NOT toggle it randomly! Or else normal operation of the equipment will be influenced.
6.7 改变触摸屏的内部设定参数是有效的。设备出厂前，参数已设定完毕，请不要随意改动！否则将影响设备的正常运行。
The change to interior set-up parameters of the touch screen will be effective. Parameters have been set up at ex-works; please DO NOT change them randomly! Or else normal operation of the equipment will be influenced.
6.8 设备在没有交流输入电源的情况下使用，电池放电后电压应保持在电池总容量的60%~80%，应停止继续放电，否则将会导致高压断路器分合闸不能正常操作的严重后果。
When the equipment is operated on condition of no AC input power supply, the voltage after the battery discharging should be kept at 60% ~ 80% of the gross capacity, then the discharging should be stopped, or else on/off switch of the high-voltage circuit breaker will not be operated normally.
6.9 为保证直流对外供电正常，蓄电池在做放电试验的过程中，应当确保系统输入交流不断电，并且整个试验过程应当有专人值守，以防出现意外。
In order to ensure the normal exterior DC power supply, alternate current of the system input should be ensured for no power-off during the discharging test of the battery, and the whole test procedure should be watched to prevent the accident. 原件下载：
