1、 水资源再造技术
1. Technology of water resource reclaiming

根据我市城市规划,结合钢铁企业消纳废水功能,拟收集我厂周边地区生活污水建设东部污水处理中心,初定规模10万m3/天,处理后的污水回用于我厂及周边工业企业生产水系统。同时结合厂区内石河河道,进行多功能开发利用,进一步改善环境,将石河建造成集泄洪、储水、污水处理于一体的景观带。
According to the urban planning of our city and to the function of waste water treatment of iron and steel enterprise, we intended to collect domestic sewage of the areas surrounding our plant to establish a sewage treatment center, with the capacity of 100,000 m3 per day. The treated sewage will be used by our plant and other industrial enterprises nearby for production water system. At the same time, we intended to undertake multi-functional development and utility and further improve the environment, based on the course of the Shihe River within our plant, so as to build the Shihe River into a landscape belt integrating flood discharge, water storage and sewage treatment. 

2、 废气中二氧化碳的消减技术
2. Technology of reducing CO2 in exhaust gas

现状:我公司年产钢800万吨,年排放CO21600万吨。CO2是一种温室气体,同时又是一种很好的化工原料,如提取纯CO2用于制造啤酒、以CO2为化工原料制造尿素等。
Current situation: Our plant has an annual steel output 8 million tons and an annual CO2 emission of 16 million tons. CO2 is a greenhouse gas as well as a good industrial chemical material. For instance, CO2 can be extracted for beer producing, or used for the production of urea as a chemical material.

目标:研究CO2转化利用技术,变废为宝。
Objective: to research the technology of converting and utilizing CO2, changing waste into valuable.

3、 焦炉煤气合成天然气。
3. Synthesizing natural gas from coke-oven gas
按2.5亿方焦炉煤气设计,可生产0.9亿方天然气、0.2亿方氢气。天然气与汽油相比,燃料费节约45%以上;副产氢气,可供化工企业,也可开发氢电池项目,探索燃料电池行业。据了解,日本钢厂每年提供约40亿标准立方米氢气供应给燃料电池行业。
With 250 million m3 coke-oven gas, we can produce 90 million m3 natural gas and 20 million m3 hydrogen. Compared with gasoline, natural gas can save fuel expenses by over 45%. The by-product hydrogen can be used by chemical enterprises, or used to develop hydro-battery projects for the exploration into fuel battery industry. It is known that in Japan, steelmaking plants provide about 4 billion standard cubic meters hydrogen to fuel battery industry annually.

4、 转炉煤气生产燃料乙醇(CH3CH2OH)。
4. Producing fuel ethanol (CH3CH2OH) by converter gas

乙醇作为一种新型清洁燃料,是目前世界上新能源发展的重点。转炉煤气中富含CO(55%),利用生物发酵技术可生产燃料乙醇。6亿立方米转炉煤气可生产10万吨乙醇。
As a new clean fuel, ethanol is the highlight of new energy development currently in the world. Converter gas is rich in CO (55%), which can be converted into fuel ethanol through bio-fermentation process. Every 600 million m3 converter gas can produce 100,000 tons ethanol.

5、 利用钢铁工艺流程 开发利用“城市矿产”废物资源
5. Develop and utilize “urban mine”, waste resources through iron and steel processing
现状 我市及周边各种废物资源已达到了一个很可观的数量,其中废塑料约50万吨,废纸约30万吨,废钢约80万吨,报废机动车约4万辆,废轮胎5万吨,城市垃圾约100万吨,这些废物资源急需进行再生利用和消纳处理。
Current situation: the waste resources of our city and nearby areas have gone up to a considerable size, including about 500,000 tons plastic waste, 300,000 tons wastepaper, 800,000 tons scrap steel, 40,000 scrapped automobiles, 50,000 tons scrap tire and 1 million tons domestic waste. All these waste resources are in urgent need of being recycled and treated.

利用焦炉、高炉生产流程消纳处理废塑料。将废塑料进行分拣、清洗等工艺处理后,优质塑料用作再生原料,劣质塑料与炼焦配煤混合加入焦炉中进行炼焦生产,还可将废塑料替代无烟煤用于高炉喷吹。我厂年消耗煤炭约400万吨,按配加到焦炉和高炉2.5%计算,年可处理废塑料10万吨,1吨废塑料相当于1.2吨标煤,可节能12万吨标煤,降低CO2排放20%,减排二氧化硫约4800吨
Treat plastic waste by the production process in coke oven and blast furnace. After sorting and cleaning processing, high-quality plastic waste can be used as reprocessed raw material and low-quality plastic waste can be mixed with coking and coal for the production of coking in the coke oven. Moreover, plastic waste can also be used for blast furnace injection instead of anthracite. Our plant consumes 4 million tons coal annually. Calculated as adding 2.5% of plastic waste into coke oven and blast furnace, we can treat 100,000 tons plastic waste annually. As the energy of 1 ton plastic waste is equivalent to 1.2 tons standard coal, we can save 120,000 tons standard coal, reduce CO2 emission by 20% and reduce SO2 emission of 4,800 tons.
利用炼钢生产流程回收利用废钢铁。对废钢进行剪切、破碎、分级等加工处理工序,送炼钢作为辅料回收利用。按年产钢560万吨,炼钢废钢比按20%计,年可利用废钢112万吨。
Recycle scrap iron and steel in the process of steel smelting. Cut, smash and classify scrap steel to recycle and utilize them as accessories in the steel smelting process. If the annual steel output is 5,600,000 tons and the proportion of scrap steel in steelmaking is 20%, we can utilize scrape steel of 1,120,000 tons annually.
拆解报废汽车、家用电器,回收固体废物进行再生利用。通过拆解、分类、清洗、回收等生产工序,分类回收废钢铁、有色金属、塑料、废橡胶、废纸等,作为原料进行回收再生利用。
 Disassemble the scrapped automobiles and household appliances and recycle and utilize the solid wastes. By disassembling, sorting, cleaning and recycling,  recycle in categories scrap steel, non-ferrous metals, plastic, scrap rubber and wastepaper and utilize them as raw materials.
