Responsibilities:
1. To handle inquiry or complaint accurately and timely from customers with English or Cantonese in hotline, website, email, faxes, etc.
2. Handle out bound qualification & event invitation in English or Cantonese.
3. To log all relevant incident details accurately into the CAC system
4. To keep aware of general procedures, scripts and FAQ.
5. To achieve train plan requirement to reach needs for the position.
6. To contribute to other items if requested.
Requirements:
1. 1 years’ customer services experiences.
2. Junior college, Bachelor or undergraduate degree in English or automobile related major. （advantage）
3. Excellent of English and Cantonese writing & speaking.
4. Must be a quick learner.
5. Accurate & fast typing skill
6. Ability to work under the pressure.
7. Possessing very strong communication & promotion skill would be preferred.
8. Must be very customer & service quality oriented, focused on meeting the customer's needs with a strict process adherence.
9. Interested in automobile industry
10. Strong logical thinking & problem solving ability
