广泛开展社区教育和动员，充分利用其他非政府组织、社区服务团体或社区医务人员（如乡村医生）资源，动员社区中的孕产妇孕期尽早接受孕产期保健服务和艾滋病咨询与抗体检测服务。
项目地区在妇幼保健及现有预防艾滋病母婴传播工作基础上，确立适宜的、快速便捷的孕产期艾滋病咨询与抗体检测服务流程。在提供孕产期保健服务的同时，为所有孕产妇提供预防艾滋病母婴传播的信息及艾滋病病毒抗体检测前咨询，建议并动员孕产妇接受艾滋病抗体检测；提供艾滋病感染危险行为相关信息，进行危险行为评估。
按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》的要求，为孕产妇提供艾滋病病毒抗体检测服务。强调孕期尽早检测，动员孕产妇在初次接受孕产期保健服务的同时即接受艾滋病抗体检测，尽快明确感染状况。对筛查试验呈阳性反应的孕产妇，对其解释筛查试验的结果，以及确认感染状态的意义，尽快采集血样进行确认试验。孕产期保健艾滋病检测和服务流程见附件1。
根据艾滋病病毒抗体检测结果提供检测后咨询服务。解释检测结果；提供预防艾滋病感染和改变危险行为的信息。检测结果阴性者，要提供有关艾滋病感染“窗口期”的信息，特别是本人或配偶具有危险行为者，必要时建议3个月后再次检测。检测结果阳性者，帮助其分析感染状况，由本人及其家属知情选择妊娠结局。提供避孕、孕产期保健、预防艾滋病母婴传播干预措施、转介服务等指导。

Develop community education and mobilization extensively. Mobilize the pregnant women in the community to receive the health care service and AIDS and antibody test service as early as possible in the pregnant period by fully utilizing other non-governmental organizations, community service groups or community medical staff (like village doctors).
The areas of program determine the appropriate, fast and convenient service procedures of AIDS consulting and antibody test in the pregnant period on the basis of existing work of prevention of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS. While providing health care service in the pregnant period, provide the information of prevention of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS and consultation of HIV antibody test for all the pregnant women. Propose and mobilize the pregnant women to receive the HIV antibody test; provide relevant information of risky behaviors of AIDS infection and make an assessment of the risky behaviors.
Provide HIV antibody test service for pregnant women according to the requirement of National Guideline for Detection of HIV/AIDS. It should be stressed that the test should be carried out as early as possible in the pregnant period. Mobilize the pregnant women to receive HIV antibody test when they receive the health care service in the pregnant period for the first time in order to make clear the infection situation as early as possible. As for the pregnant woman whose screening test is positive, explain the result of the screening test to her and the significance of determination of infection situation. Collect the blood sample as quickly as possible for confirmatory test. The procedures of AIDS detection and service for health care in the pregnant period are shown in Appendix 1.
Provide consulting service after the test according to the result of HIV antibody test. Explain the result of the test. Provide the information for prevention of AIDS infection and changes of risky behaviors. As for the women with negative test results, the information of “window phase” of AIDS infection should be provided, especially for those who or whose spouses have risky behaviors. Advise them for a second test after three months if necessary. As for the women with positive test results, assist them to analyze the infection situation and let them or their family members to make informed choice of pregnancy outcome. Provide the guidance of contraception, health care in the pregnant period, prevention measures of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS, and referral service.
