十四． 受压元件的检查及水压试验
Inspection and hydraulic pressure test of pressurized elements
1. 根据《压力容器安全监察规程》，装置有下列情况之一时，就应对各受压元件进行内外检查和超压试验。
1. According to Pressure Vessels Safety Supervision Regulation, it is required to make inside and outside inspection and overpressure test for all pressurized elements once one of the following conditions occurs.
1.1新装、改装及移装后。
1.1 After new installation, refitting or moving to another place.
1.2停止运行一年以上，需要恢复运行时。
1.2 The device has not operated more than one year and is required to resume the operation.
1.3受压元件经重大修理后。
1.3 After the pressurized element is overhauled.
1.4根据装置运行情况，对设备有怀疑时必须要求检查时。

2. 检查前应使装置停止运行，彻底清除烟灰，检查重点如下：

2.1 集箱管焊缝及管子接缝处是否正常，有无渗漏情况。

2.3管座和蒸汽聚集器连接处有无缺点。

3. 如腐蚀严重，在作超压试验前还应做强度核算。

5. 水压试验

5.1水压试验时，进水温度应保持在20℃左右，水温不宜过低。

5.2水压试验时，应缓慢升压到3.3Mpa，保持20分钟再将至2.5Mpa进行全面检查。
5.2 During the hydraulic pressure test, boost the pressure to 3.3Mpa, keep it for twenty minutes, then reduce it to 2.5Mpa and then make a complete inspection.
5.3发现任何渗漏情况都应作记录，

十五． 注意事项

本设备严禁断水运行，否则，设备将发生爆管

4.设备的排污

定期排污时间一般为每日一次或隔日一次。

5.使用中必须严密监视蒸汽聚集器液位，当液位下降至低液位时必须及时补水。

6. 使用中必须严密监视蒸汽聚集器压力，本设备通过安全阀进行排气，当蒸汽聚集器内压力高于安全阀标定压力而没有排汽时必须立即采取措施，防止事故发生。
