1. 组织人员的配备：

装置安装必须有专业人员负责，有检修工、配管工、起重工、电焊工及辅助工参加。

四． 装置本体的安装

装置本体吊于基础上，找正就位，应考虑装置间的膨胀连接。

五． 管道、阀门及仪表的安装

1. 管道、阀门、仪表应安装平整、正确，电动泵应固定在适当位置，并接通电源进行试运转，不可有振动、噪声及反转等现象。

六． 总体水压试验

装置的承压系统及其附属装置组装完毕后，应按JB1612锅炉水压试验技术条件进行水压试验，安全阀应在水压试验合格后安装。

1. 水压试验前应做好下列准备工作

1.4装妥排水管道，打开放气阀，压死安全阀座。

2. 水压试验应符合下列要求

2.1水压试验应在环境温度高于5℃时进行，否则应采取防冻措施。

2.2系统充满水后，金属表面如有结露，应予消除。初步检查无漏水，然后缓慢升压，当升至2.35Mpa时，应进行一次检查，必要时可拧紧人孔、手孔和法兰等螺栓。
