1.本设备的焊接部分采用手工电弧焊,焊条型号为J422。
1. The welding section of this equipment adopts manual electric arc welding and the model of welding rod is J422.
2.热管与管板一端采用连续焊，另一端自由膨胀，管板与骨架采用连续焊。
2. The heat pipe and one end of the tube plate adopt continuous welding; the other end is free expansion. The tube plate and the framework adopt continuous welding.
3.焊接形式及尺寸除图中标明外按HG20583中有关规定进行，角焊缝的焊接尺寸按较薄板厚度，法兰的焊接按相应标准进行。
3. The form and size of the welding joints shall be done according to the regulation in the HG20583, except the indication in the drawings. The welding size of filet weld is the thickness of the thinner sheet; the flange welding shall be done according to the corresponding flange standard.
4.热管及集箱管焊口进行100%探伤。
