一、目的 Purpose
规范处理治安方面突发事件的程序，提高对突发事件应急处理能力，维护区域内的正常和生活秩序。

二、职责 Duties
1、 保安队主管负责组织指挥对突发事件的处置。

盗窃 Theft
一、 保安队长、班长，保安员发现有盗窃行为或接到盗窃报警时，应在3分钟内组织保安人员迅速赶赴现场，由保安人员保护现场，维护现场秩序，禁止一切人员进入现场，并立即用电话向队长报告被盗现场的具体位置及被盗情况，如犯罪嫌疑人没有逃离现场，或没有逃离过远，应组织力量进行抓获。
In case the leader of the security squad, group leader or the security personnel discovers theft or receives report of theft, they shall arrange the security personnel to rush to the site of theft within 3 minutes, and the security personnel shall protect the site and maintain the site order as well as forbid anybody to enter into the site. In addition, the security personnel shall report the specific location of the site of theft and relevant information to the leader of the security squad on the phone. In case the criminal suspect has not fled from the site or not quite far, they shall arrange security forces to catch the criminal suspect.
