一、 劳务费 Service Charge
我公司同意仲量联行物业管理服务有限公司 （服务地：XXXX 望京科技园区）每月收到我公司发票后65日内支付该月的保安服务费。
Our company has agreed that Beijing JONES LANG LASALLE Property Management Co. Ltd.(service site: Wangjing Technological XXXX ) pays the security service charge within 65 days after receiving invoice from our company.
二、 保险 Insurance
我公司同意与甲方签订合同后每年应缴付不少于保险赔付额8，000，0000，00人民币的一般商业责任保险， 包括各种形式的合同责任、各种形式的财产损失、人身损害、产品\完成业务各承包商保护责任保险，该保险负有人身损害和财产损失的受益人，投标人在成功中标后向仲量联行物业管理服务有限公司提供保险凭证的复印件。
Our company has agreed to pay premium for ordinary commercial responsibility insurance with indemnity no less than RMB 8 million yuan every year after signing contract with Party A, covering various forms of contract responsibilities, loss of property and personal injury, liability insurance for products, completed business and protection of contractor. Such insurance bears limit to single liability for personal injury and loss of property. Party A and Party A’s customer, that is Beijing Nortel, have been appointed to be additional beneficiaries. 2、 保安人员经过系统的保安职业培训，取得北京市保安培训中心颁发的上岗证，具有相应的保安知识和专业技能，大部分具有工作经验，切实胜任并能执行XXXX 的安全服务工作。
