The design institute of the construction limited XXXX of the XXXX is the design and research unit which is subject to the construction company and has the first-class qualification certificate for engineering general contract.
设计院担负着公司的钢结构、土建等设计及信息管理工作。公司在技术上以高校作为技术后盾。从事钢结构及相关附属工程的专业设计人员共151名，其中，国家一级注册建筑师2名，一级注册结构师2名，高级工程师13名，中级技术人员63名。
The design institute is responsible for the design and information management of steel structure and construction. The company is technically backed up by the colleges and universities. There are 151 professional designer of steel structure and related ancillary works among which there are 2 national first class registered architects, 2 first class registered structural engineers, 13 senior engineers and 63 middle class technicians.
目前拥有国内最先进的计算机和喷墨式绘图仪137套和国进MSTCAD软件、同济大学3D3S软件、以及XXXX公司开发的三维智能钢结构模拟、详图及材料系统的Xsteel软件，是目前世界上领先的钢结构软件，它能有效的完成从设计、详图、材料加工、切割到施工等一系列全过程。
Currently the institute has 137 most advanced national computer and ink yet type graphic plotters, international advanced MSTCAD software, Tongji University 3D3S software and the Xsteel software developed by XXXX company and used for 3D intelligent steel structure simulation, detail drawing and material system; the later software is the world-leading steel structure software, it can effectively finish a series of overall process from design, detailed drawing, material processing, cutting to construction.

1、总则 General
1.1、适用范围 Scope of application
本方案为仅适用于“******”的图纸深化设计。
This plan only apply for the detailed design of “******” drawings.
1.2、字体及计量单位 Font and measuring unit
深化图纸上所需书写的文字或符号等，均应笔画清晰、字体端正、排列整齐，一般采用长仿宋体，标点符号应清楚正确。
The words and symbols written on the detailed drawings shall be of clean strokes, correctitude lettering and orderly arrangement, and normally they use long Fangsong Ti; the punctuations shall be clear and right.
钢结构长度计量单位以毫米(mm)计，标高以米(m)计。
The length measuring unit of steel structure shall be metered by mm, and the elevation by m.
1.3、参照文件和图纸 Reference documents and drawings
业主和原设计单位提供的图纸及相关技术文件；
The drawings and related technical documents provided by owner and original design unit;
招标及答疑文件所指定采用的规范等。

1.4、图纸及文件的格式 The forms of drawings and documents
采用的图框以及资料的格式应提交业主确认，经业主认可后方可执行。
The used drawing frame and the form of data shall be submitted to the owner for approval, and only after approved by owner can they be fulfilled.
1.5、图纸线型的表达 Expression of drawing line style
深化图纸线型宽度b分别为0.2、0.35、0.5、0.7、1.0、1.4、2.0mm，每张图纸均根据复杂程度与比例大小，确定基本线宽。
The line style widths of detailed drawing b are respectively 0.2, 0.35, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0, 1.4 and 2.0mm; the basic line width of each drawing is determined according to the complexity and scale.
1.6、重量计算原则 Calculation principle for weight
深化图中钢结构重量须按照国家及业主所规定的相应规范和文件进行重量计算。
The weights of steel structures in the detailed drawing shall be calculated according to the related national codes and documents or those specified by owner.
