Since no online system in Cirebon, to enter Goods Issue (5) and Goods Receipt (8) reference to Delivery Documents (by truck) will be handled by Receiving Plant (Narogong / or Cilacap) after goods are delivered at Plant.

This scenario is to do the stock transfer of Raw materials (e.g. Silica Sand) between plants Narogong and Cilacap. The stock transfer method using for this scenario is two steps stock transfer by using stock transport order and Delivery order.

6.3 Interface Considerations 界面考虑要点
Since both Narogong and Cilacap have the online system and using Scale House, to enter goods issues from supplying plant and goods receipt at receiving plant will be posted via On-line WB Interface Program. These transactions must be included on the Interface program accordingly.

Since only Maloko have the online system and using Scale House, to enter goods issues from Maloko (supplying plant) will be posted via On-line WB Interface Program whereas the enter goods receipt at Batching Plant will be posted by manually using normal GR transaction (MIGO) at Batching Plant (receiving plant).

As agreed by BPOs, the STO should be created by Supplying Plant in order to make easy for contact to transporter for deliver the goods.

This scenario is to do the stock transfer of materials between storage locations, for example, Stock transfer of Spare Parts and Solar from Cilacap to Nusakambangan. The stock transfer method between storage locations in one-step is selected to support this scenarios.
在本程序概要中，规定物料库存在存储场地之间转移的流程，如将备件和燃料库存从Cilacap工厂转移到Nusakambangan工厂。针对存储场地之间的库存转移，我们选择单个步骤的转移方法。
This type of stock transfer can be carried out by only one transaction at supplying plant. Neither goods issuing into stock-in-transit nor receiving transaction at receiving plant is involved in the process. The stock transfer reduces unrestricted-use stock in the issuing plant and increases the same quantities in the receiving plant.
这种类型的库存转移，只能在供应工厂处理。在途库存和接收工厂的收货处理，都不包括在本过程中。库存转移减少发货工厂的库存量，同时在收货工厂增加相同数量的库存量。
A stock transport order supports the documentation of transfers of spare parts between plants. The stock transfer involves 2-step transfer. The issuing plant will perform goods issue with reference to the stock transport order document thus making the item status to stock in transit. Upon arrival of the item to its destination, receiving plant performs goods receipt thereby transferring material from in transit to unrestricted stock. All transportation costs involve in the transfer is chargeable to the receiving plant as additional cost to the item transferred.

This scenario is to do the stock transfer of spare parts or solar from Cilacap to Quarry at Nusakambangan. Since these two locations have been designed as the storage locations level in SAP system, the one-step stock transfer is selected and no Stock Transport Order can be used for this case.

Stock Transfer for Bulk Cement and Empty Bag from Production storage to Packing House after packing. This process is required to separate the Bag Cement (Sack Cement) from Bulk Cement at Plant.

6.5 Authorization Considerations 授权考虑要点
To do stock transfer of Sack Cement (Bulk & Bag) into Packing House will be done by Packing warehouse (Commercial Department) on daily basis based on Daily Packing Report.
将散装水泥和袋装水泥转移入包装工厂，将由包装厂的仓库（商务部）根据每日包装报告，每天进行处理。
IM18 PHYSICAL INVENTORY PROCESS IM18 实际盘存流程
This scenario is to do the physical inventory (called “Stock Taking”, “Stock Count” process). The procedure to do the physical inventory for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX is Continuous Inventory process, meaning that the stocks are counted continuously during the entire fiscal year. In this case, it is important to ensure that every material is physically counted at least once during the year.
