4.11加强运输分包商和供应商协调联系Strengthening the coordination and relation between transport sub-contractors and suppliers:
4.1.1.1由业主牵头，定期召开中转站承包商、运输分包商和供应商等作业单位联合会议。汇报阶段性工作，重点协调解决收货、中转、发货及运输过程中遇到的困难和问题，保证管材运输物资顺利及时到达目的地。
