准用货车 25吨AAAAAA货车（槽梆车）
加固材料加固装置 草垫，草把， 50mm宽的汽车专用尼龙加固带，橡胶垫，，φ20加固绳，长宽高为1700×1300×1300mm的木方，铁链，加固器。
装载方法 3根
采用“２＋１”方法，码放二层，下二上一。车厢底层沿车辆纵中心分开放置两根，贴紧车厢内壁；第二层码放一根。
加固方法 车厢两侧靠槽帮以2.5m为间距每侧立三根木方，车底放置衬垫物，车厢前端两个夹角处放置草把，货物间放置衬垫物。
货物用尼龙带三股加固，尼龙带两端固定在车厢外底部的钩槽上，尼龙带与货物接触处加垫橡胶垫（厚度不小于20mm），尼龙带间距为2000mm。
其它要求 加固带与货物和车辆棱角接触处采取防磨措施。

Stowage 3 pieces
Adopt "2+1" means, piling in 2 layers, 2 pieces at bottom and 2 piece on top. Two pieces shall be put tightly to the inner wall of carriage along the centerline. In the top layer shall be put one piece.
Fixing means 3 pieces of flitch shall be erected in 2.5m spacing at each side of the carriage. Backer shall be placed at carriage floor. Straw bindles shall be places at each corner of the carriage.
The goods shall be fixed with nylon tape in 3 rounds, whose ends shall be fixed on the hook gutters at carriage bottom. rubber blanket (thickness no less than 20mm) shall be placed in between nylon tape and goods. The spacing of nylon tape shall be 2000mm.
Other requirement Anti-chafe measures shall be taken in the touching points of goods with fixing tape and vehicle corner.

Reinforcement principles
针对XXXXXX油气管线项目管材和设备运输途经路况、桥梁等特点，合理配载、加固是非常重要的，在设备装运过程中我司将坚持以下货物装载原则：
It is very important for reasonable cargo stowage and reinforcement according to the road and bridge conditions that equipments and pipe materials of AAAAAA pipeline project pass through. Our company will adhere to the following principles of cargo loading in the process of equipments shipment:
（1） 防腐管管运输时运输管子的货车不得有杂物，特别是那些尺寸和硬度可能在运输中擦伤管子，以及在运输或急速移动中造成管子在车厢内移动的物体。不应使用车底和车帮有金属突出物（如折弯或撕裂的部件）的货车。拖车底部、两侧槽帮或立柱应加装软垫防护层，其厚度不应小于20mm，宽度不应小于150mm，并具有较强的韧性和抗冲击性。软垫不应少于4 道，前边第一道与止推挡板的距离为2m，余下三道每隔2.5m 加设一道。严禁管体任何部位直接接触车体表面。
(1) There shall be no debris, especially those that may damage pipes or cause pipes moving during transportation, in the trucks for transporting anti-corrosive pipes. Trucks with metal extrude (such as bending or laceration part) at carriage bottom or sides shall not be used. At the bottom, sides or column of trailer, soft cushion layer of thickness no less than 20mm and width no less than 150mm shall be placed. The soft cushion shall have enough roughness and anti-strike ability, no less than 4 rounds. The distance from front first round to push-stop plate shall be 2m, and the rest 3 rounds will be placed every 2.5m. Any part of pipe shall not directly touch the surface of truck.
(2)光管运输时，焊缝不能与车体接触，也不能与相邻的管子接触。应尽量减少管子串动和由此而造成的管子损伤，管子在运输过程中应用钢丝绳（加保护橡胶套管或其他软质套管）或尼龙带进行至少四处均匀加固。
During transportation of bare pipe, the weld joint shall not touch truck body nor the neighboring pipe. Try to minimize movement of pipes and damage of pipe caused by such movement. During the transportation process, pipes shall be fixed evenly with steel wire rope (with rubber casing or other soft casing) or nylon tape at minimum 4 places.
（3）其他甲供物资运输时，做到大不压小、重不压轻、合理配载，充分使用运载工具的核定载重量和容积；货物均衡、稳固，合理地分布在运输工具车底板上。不超载、偏载、集重、偏重；充分利用运输工具容积，有条件时货物采取大小套装、轻重搭配的办法。在运输过程中，货物不发生移动、滚动、倾覆、倒塌、坠落等现象。货物的长度、宽度、高度、重量、体积，不得超过公路运输要求，货物重量不得超过运输工具允许的载重量。大型设备要根据货物的尺寸及重量合理配载，根据成本及操作方便，选择适当的运输车辆。
(3) For transport of other materials supplied by owner, no bigger boxes on the top of the smaller and the lighter without the pressure of the heavier, reasonable cargo stowage, full use of rating deadweight and volume of vehicles. The length, width, height, weight or volume of cargoes shall not exceed the requirements of road transportation, and the weight of cargoes shall not exceed the permitted deadweight of transportation. Large-scale goods should be reasonable loaded based on the dimension and weight of the goods and appropriate transport vehicles are adopted according to cost and convenience of operation.

For the common equipments, the balance beam loading and unloading is adopted for hoisting operation the and at the same time rubber mat liner is adopted for the interface of lifting steel wire and equipments to protect the paint appearance of equipments to avoid it being scratched.For the large-scaled equipments which exceed the required height, disassembling is suggested for the disassembled parts, while special flatbed trunks are adopted for the other parts.
加固及安全保障措施Reinforcement and security measures
使用平板车装载长度或宽度超出车底板的货物，要用镀锌铁线、钢丝绳、铁链或导链与车体捆绑牢固。钢丝绳、铁链或导链和设备接触的部分必须使用橡胶垫进行防护。对于带轮设备捆扎加固时，必须使用角木衬垫车轮，防止车轮滚动，角木应与车板的地板固定。集重货物，应在平板车地板铺设垫木和草支垫、稻草绳把，装载量可以达到车辆容许载重量。对于大型设备、贵重物品的运输，要使用押运人员，以随时检查设备是否有窜动现象。
