（1）承包商负责运输分包商的协调与管理，与之签订运输分包合同，并报业主备案。

（2）承包商向运输分包商下达物资运输计划，并向分包商支付运输费用。

（3）负责运输分包商的管理及各种规章制度的审查或制定，负责对运输分包商的运输能力进行审核并提出建议；
(3) Take charge of the management of transporting subcontractors and examination or establishment of various rules and regulations, making evaluations and suggestion on the transporting capacities of transporting subcontractors.
（4）协调运输分包商按照项目计划和承包商的要求安排车辆等运输工具，并将货物安全运抵指定目的地。
(4) Coordiante material transporting subcontractors to arrange vehicles like trucks to transport the goods to the destinations specified safely in accordance with the requirement of the Contractor.

2.1.2.2清关组Customs Clearance Team
了解掌握项目的进度，根据业主提供的清关文件做好清关准备工作。积极的协调AAAAAA边贸局和海关，按照边贸局和海关的要求进行清关。对清关文件进行统一归档。
Be aware of the project schedule and make preparations for customs clearance conduct in accordance with the corresponding document provided by the Owner. Coordinate with AAAAAA border authority and customs actively and clear customs in accordance with the requirement hereof. File the document collectively.
2.1.2.3单据组Document Team
负责清关、收汇单据的制作、收集、整理、归档工作。负责中转站内出入库相关单据的制作和管理工作。负责中转站日报、周报的编写和发送工作。以及配合业主负责各项统计资料，报表的编制工作。负责业主物资供应系统的录入和维护工作。
Take charge of customs clearance, establishment, collection, clear-up and filing of payment collecting bills. Make relevant document in storage and out of storage within the transfer station with management. Compile and issue the daily and weekly newspaper of the transfer stations. Cooperate with the Owner to make various material statistics and statements. Input information into the material supply system of the Owner with maintenance.
2.1.2.4协调调度组Coordination and Allocation Team
（1）在项目负责人的领导下，负责对涉及本项目的当地政府部门、边贸局和第5标段运输分包商、业主以及供应商进行沟通、协调。
(1) Under the direction of the project Director, contact and cooperate with local government department, border authority and transporting Subcontract, Owner and Supplier in Bid Section 5.
（2）对项目所需设备机具进行合理安排与调度。及时向指挥部反馈工作信息，以便于下一步工作的开展。
(2) Make reasonable arrangement and allocation for the required equipment and implement. Response the working information to the Headquarter immediately, thus facilitating the execution of the next jobs.
（3）针对中转站建设施工阶段出现的各类问题，（如：突发事件、治安问题、停电事件等）综合各部门的力量，快速妥善处理，使项目正常进行。
(3) Combine the forces of various departments to settle verified problems immediately during the construction of transfer stations, (for example: unexpected sudden accident, public security problem and power failure, etc.), thus ensuring regular project operations.
2.1.2.5堆场组Storage Yard Team
根据项目进度，掌握物资的品名、规格、数量、质量。进行场地作业，场内的装卸，分检，码放。对物资与设备分别进行登记、管理的工作。负责各种物资与设备原始凭证、计量凭证、核算凭证、质量证明书等资料的收集保管。并登记成册，专项保管。实事求是，全面、准确、及时地报告统计资料。对作业的车辆、设备、机具进行保养与维护。
Be aware of the article name, specification, quantity and quality in accordance with the project schedule. Take site operation, loading and uploading, separation and pile-up within the yard. Take registrations for the material and equipment with management independently. Collect and keep various documents of the material and equipment, including original document, measuring voucher, accounting bill, and quality certificate, which shall be registered into volumes with particular care. Report the statistics practically, completely, accurately, and timely. Take maintenance and care for the equipment and implement.
2.1.2.6后勤组Logistics Team
根据财务制度做好各项财务工作，包括：严格审核各种原始凭证。办理上下级往来及各种物项清算业务，审核办理报销业务，编制记账凭证，登记台账、明细账。及时向上级财务部门提供资金使用情况。妥善保管现金，支票和部分印鉴，确保资金的安全性。合理安排分配翻译人员的岗位，使得涉外工作顺利进行。做好后勤保障工作，完成领导交办的其它相关工作。
Perform various jobs in relation with finance on basis of the financial rules, including examine various original documents strictly, perform the liquidation businesses with hierarchies and among various material items, examine and handle reimbursement affairs, establish vouchers to make the accounting record registration and subsidiary ledger. Report to the superior financial department for the application of capitals supplied on time. Take care of the cash, check and part of seals to ensure the capital safety. Make appropriate arrangement for the translators, thus ensuring smooth operation of business concerning foreign affairs. Perform the logistical support operation well, and completing other relevant affairs assigned by the directors.
