按照正常卸货速度，散货船船吊卸一根管子预计5分钟，一车ф1016mm气管卸货时间为15分钟，ф813mm油管卸货时间为25分钟。以一船装3000根管材，码头一天工作8小时。预计卸一艘船需要12天（CQD装卸时间）。而船船直取卸货速度慢，卸一根管材需要8-10分钟。一艘25000吨散货船船长140-160米。配置3个船吊，三个船吊距离110-130米，驳船一班船长40-55米，为了保证安全卸货，同时只能有2个船吊正常工作，因此卸2艘船需要1天半，且后续船舶必须跟上，需要投入更多驳船等待卸货。预计卸完一艘3000根管材的时间为30-35天，滞期20天（根据CQD时间计算）。一艘25000吨散货船滞期费为每天20,000USD，预计每船共产生滞期费500,000 USD。按照XXXXX港周转1082公里管材辆计算，项目共产生滞期费约15,000,000USD。

According to calculation of overturn of 1082 Km pipes of XXXX port, demurrage charge caused by the project is about 15,000,000 USD.
加之船船直取占用码头泊位时间长，周转效率低。收货验货需要在驳船上进行，不容易检查。人员安全、管材装卸安全隐患高，HSE风险大。如果在锚地进行船船直取安全隐患更大，因此我方放弃了船船直取方案，要求所有管材全部倒运至中转站，方便收货和管理。
