3.3.1.4 Cargo information tracking management of transit station
（1）货物在堆场装车前，首先确定所要装货的汽车，由装卸负责人将车牌号和装车日期一起填记到《发运记录》中。

（2）在吊车开始作业时，每吊装一件货物，要对其编号、重量记录到《发运记录》中，最后在每车的《发运记录》中累加总件数和总重。
