XXXXX现有车辆均需改为平板车，车体槽梆全部去掉，每辆车前后各安装一套可调节间距的“U”型架，适用于直径φ1016mm和φ813mm两种管型。
All existing vehicles in Burma shall be modified into flatcars. In both the front and end of each vehicle shall be installed a space-adjustable "U" frame which is suitable for pipes of diameter 1016mm and diameter 813mm.

加固材料加固装置 草垫，草把，L型钢架（底托长1000mm，架高2800mm），橡胶垫，φ25麻绳若干。
装载方法 横放 竖放
 钢管沿船纵中心横放，高度限三层。 钢管沿船纵中心顺位码放，高度限三层。
加固方法 在甲板首尾两端各安装两个“L”型钢架，同端钢架间距为货物长度的三分之二，使用螺丝与甲板固定为一体，并用橡胶垫包裹，货物与甲板接触处放置草把和草垫。使用麻绳将整垛钢管与“L”架加固，捆绑两道。 甲板上左右两端各安装六套“L”型钢架，同端钢架间距为货物长度的三分之二，使用螺丝与甲板固定为一体，并用橡胶垫包裹，货物与甲板接触处放置草把和草垫。使用麻绳将整垛钢管与“L”架加固，每垛捆绑两道。
其它要求 货物和甲板、L型钢架棱角接触处采取防磨措施。

 Steel pipes shall be laid transverse to the centerline of ship, piled in maximum 3 layers.   Steel pipes shall be laid along the centerline of ship, piled in maximum 3 layers. 
Fixing means  At both heads of deck shall be installed two "L" steel frames. The spacing of two steel frames at the same head shall be 2/3 goods length. The steel frame shall be fixed to deck with bolts, wrapped with rubber. Straw bindle and straw cushion shall be place between goods and deck.  The pipe pile and "L" steel frame shall be bound with hemp rope in 2 rounds.   At both left and right sides of deck shall be installed six "L" steel frames. The spacing of six steel frames at the same side shall be 2/3 goods length. The steel frame shall be fixed to deck with bolts, wrapped with rubber. Straw bindle and straw cushion shall be place between goods and deck.  The pipe pile and "L" steel frame shall be bound with hemp rope in 2 rounds. 
Other requirement  Anti-chafe measures shall be taken the touching points of goods with deck and L-steel frame.

准用货车 25吨XXXXX货车（槽梆车）
加固材料加固装置 草垫，草把， 50mm宽的汽车专用尼龙加固带，橡胶垫，，φ20加固绳，长宽高为1700×1300×1300mm的木方，铁链，加固器。
装载方法 3根
 采用“２＋１”方法，码放二层，下二上一。车厢底层沿车辆纵中心分开放置两根，贴紧车厢内壁；第二层码放一根。
加固方法 车厢两侧靠槽帮以2.5米为间距每侧立三根木方，车底放置衬垫物，车厢前端两个夹角处放置草把，货物间放置衬垫物。
货物用尼龙带三股加固，尼龙带两端固定在车厢外底部的钩槽上，尼龙带与货物接触处加垫橡胶垫，
尼龙带间距为2000mm。
其它要求 加固带与货物和车辆棱角接触处采取防磨措施。

Adopt "2+1" means, piling in 2 layers, 2 pieces at bottom and 2 piece on top.  Two pieces shall be put tightly to the inner wall of carriage along the centerline. In the top layer shall be put one piece. 
Fixing means  3 pieces of flitch shall be erected in 2.5m spacing at each side of the carriage. Backer shall be placed at carriage floor. Straw bindles shall be places at each corner of the carriage. 
The goods shall be fixed with nylon tape in 3 rounds, whose ends shall be fixed on the hook gutters at carriage bottom. rubber blanket shall be placed in between nylon tape and goods. The spacing of nylon tape shall be 2000mm. 
Other requirement  Anti-chafe measures shall be taken in the touching points of goods with fixing tape and vehicle corner.
