2.3.2.1 当管材运输船进入锚地后，开始准备卸货工作。备好验货相关单据，准备好吊车和短倒车辆。
2.3.2.1 When the pipe transporting ship enters the anchorage ground, make preparations for the discharge. Prepare relevant examination documents and hoist and short transshipment vehicles.
2.3.2.2 管材运输船只进入泊位具备卸货条件后开始卸货，短倒车辆配置充足，尽量做到车等船，加快卸货速度，减少泊位占用。
2.3.2.2 Pipe transporting ships enters the berth only. In case of fulfillment of uploading requirement, the discharge starts. Arrange sufficient transferring vehicles to realize standby of vehicles for ships, thus accelerating the uploading speed and reducing the occupations of berths.
2.3.2.3 短倒车辆、驳船和吊车装卸时应符合以下要求和规范：
2.3.2.3 During the loading and uploading process, transferring vehicles, barge and hoisters shall conform to the following requirements and codes.
（1）装运防腐管的车厢、船舱要清理干净杂物。
(1) The truck platform or ship cabin accepting the anti-corrosion pipes must be cleaned away from any impurities。
（2）在车厢、船舱的底部和两个侧面加装草绳把或木条，将防腐管和车厢和船舱隔离开，不让防腐管直接接触车厢船舱的内面，防止车厢、船舱内面的尖锐的棱角磕伤防腐层。
(2) The bottom and two sides of the truck platform and ship cabin must be attached with hay ropes or wooden bars to space the pipes from the truck platform and ship cabin, prevent pipes directly contacting the inside surface and protect the anti-corrosion coating from being scratched by any sharp edge or sharp angle in the truck platform or ship cabin.
（3）装运高度超过车厢高的，用尼龙绑带封车，防止防腐管掉落以防止运输过程中因成品管位移或振动对涂层造成损坏。
(3) If the loading height exceeds the truck height, nylon bands shall be used to prevent any pipe collapse, displacement or vibration during transportation, and protect the coating from any damage.

2.3.2.4 根据管材运输量、管材规格和船舶卸力预计装卸时间，船吊卸一根管子预计5分钟，一车1016气管卸货时间为15分钟，813油管卸货时间为25分钟。短倒车辆往返MITT码头和中转站为

20分钟，管材卸至中转站需要10分钟。一辆短短车辆运输周期为45分钟。以一船装3000根管材，码头一天工作8小时。预计卸一艘船需要12天（CQD装卸时间）。
2.3.2.4 Estimate the lay time in accordance with the pipe freight volume, specification and ship discharge force. It is expected to cost five minutes to hoist and discharge a pipe; 15 minutes to discharge the entire truck of 1016 gas pipe; and 25 minutes to discharge 813 type oil pipe. It needs 20 minutes for short transshipment vehicles to cover the length between MITT port and the transferring station. It needs 10 minutes to discharge the pipes into the transfer station. The transporting cycle for a transferring truck is 45 minutes. With the consideration of one ship for 3000 pipes and eight hours working time for the port, it is expected to cost 12 days to discharge the goods of an entire ship. (CQD Lay time).
