1.3 甲方根据其内部流程需要，在开出信用证后委托XXXXX银行其他分行向受益人转开信用证的，该开证及其项下发生的进口押汇、提货担保业务占用上述授信额度；
In case Party A entrusts the other branches of the XXXXX Bank to open letter of credit to the beneficiary after opening the letter of credit as required by its internal procedures, the letter of credit and the inward documentary bills and delivery against bank guarantee under the letter of credit shall occupy the aforesaid line of credit.
1.4 上述授信额度不含本协议项下乙方或第三方仅针对单笔具体业务提供的保证金或存单质押担保对应的授信金额部分，以下同。
The aforesaid line of credit does not include the corresponding amount of credit of the guarantee money or deposit pledge provided by Party B or a third party for specific single business under the agreement. It is the same hereinafter.
□1.5 甲方和乙方原签有编号为 的授信协议，自本协议生效之日起，该授信协议项下叙做的具体业务尚有未清偿余额的，自动纳入本协议项下，直接占用本协议项下授信额度（如本条款适用，请在□中打“√”）。
In case of unpaid balance in the specific business carried out under the original credit awarding agreement No.( ) signed by and between Party A and Party B, such balance shall be put under the agreement automatically and directly occupies the line of credit under the agreement. 授信期间为 月，即从 年 月 日起到 年 月 日止。乙方应在该期间内向甲方提出额度使用申请，甲方不受理乙方超过授信期间到期日提出的额度使用申请，本协议另有规定的除外。
The term of credit awarding is months, i.e. from (YMD) till (YMD). Party B shall put forth application for use of line of credit to Party A during the term, and Party A will not accept application for use of line of credit put forth by Party B beyond the date of expiry of the credit awarding. 第3条 授信额度的使用

3.1 额度的种类和范围

3.2 在授信期间内，循环授信额度乙方可循环使用，一次性授信额度不得循环使用。乙方使用授信额度必须逐笔申请，由甲方逐笔审批同意。每次贷款或其他授信的金额、期限、具体用途等可由双方另签具体业务合同（含借据）、协议，或由乙方向甲方提交并经甲方接受的相关业务申请书予以约定。
Party B may use the revolving line of credit during the term of credit awarding, and the one-time line of credit shall not be circulated for use. Party B must apply for the line of credit to be used one by one, and Party A shall approve such line of credit one by one as well. The two parties may separately sign specific business contract(including IOW) or agreement on each loan, or the amount, term, and specific purposes etc. of other credit awarding, or Party B may submit relevant business application accepted by Party A to provide for the aforesaid items.
在无追索权国内保理项下，甲方向乙方发出的《应收账款债权转让通知书》经乙方以甲方认可的方式确认后，视为甲、乙双方之间已达成“具体业务合同”。
The “Notification for Transfer of Creditor’s Rights in Account Receivables” sent by Party A to Party B under the domestic factoring without the right of recourse shall be deemed to be the specific business contract concluded between the two parties after being confirmed by Party B under the approval by Party A.
