3.3 授信额度内每笔贷款或其他授信应根据乙方经营需要和甲方业务管理规定具体确定使用期间，各具体业务到期日可以晚于授信期间到期日。
The term of use of each loan within the line of credit or other credit shall be specifically determined according to the needs of business of Party B and the business management provisions of Party A. The date of expiry of each specific business may be later than the date of expiry of the credit awarding.
第4条 利息和费用
Art. 4 Interest and Expenses
授信额度内的贷款、融资利率及相关业务收取的费用，按各具体合同的规定执行。
The interest rates of the loan and financing within the line of credit and the expenses of relevant business shall be subject to the provisions of each specific contract.
第6条 乙方的权利和义务
Art.6 Rights and Obligations of Party B
6.1 乙方享有如下权利：
Party B shall enjoy the following rights:
6.1.1 有权要求甲方按本协议规定的条件提供授信额度内贷款或其他授信；
Party B shall have the right to require Party A to provide loan within the line of credit or other credit according to the conditions provided for in the agreement.
6.1.2 有权按本协议约定使用授信额度；

6.1.3 有权要求甲方对乙方所提供的生产、经营、财产、账户等情况保密，但法律法规另有规定或监管机构另有要求的除外；
Party B shall have the right to require Party A to keep the information about production, management, property and account etc. provided by Party B in secrecy, except otherwise provided for by the law or required by the supervisory organ.
6.1.4 在取得甲方同意后，有权向第三人转让债务。
Party B shall have the right to transfer the debts to a third person after obtaining consent from Party A.
6.2 乙方承担如下义务： Party B shall undertake the following obligations:
6.2.1如甲方要求，乙方应当如实提供甲方要求的与保函业务相关的合理文件资料（包括按甲方要求的每季度提供其真实的乙方已有的财务数据和年度财务报告，涉及保函业务的进出口业务及相关的生产，经营，管理方面的信息及变化），并配合甲方的调查，审查，和检查。
If so required by Party A, Party B shall provide the reasonable documents and data related to letter of guarantee required by Party A faithfully(including true existing financial data provided each quarter and annual financial report required by Party A; and import and export business and changes in information related to production, business and management), and provide cooperation to Party A during investigation, examination and inspection.
6.2.2 应当接受甲方对其使用信贷资金情况和有关生产经营、财务活动的监督；
Party B shall accept supervision by Party A over its use of credit funds and relevant production and financial activities.
6.2.3 应当按本协议和各具体合同的约定及/或承诺用途使用贷款和/或其他授信；
Party B shall use the loan and/or other credit according to the provisions of the agreement and various specific contract and/or the promised purposes.
6.2.4 应当按本协议和各具体合同的约定按时足额偿还贷款、垫款和其他授信债务的本息；
Party B shall repay the principal and interest of the loan, advanced money and other credit debts to the achieved quota on time according to the provisions of the agreement and various specific contract.
6.2.5 将本协议项下债务全部或部分转让给第三人的，应取得甲方书面同意；
In case Party B transfer all or part of the credits under the agreement to a third person, it shall obtain the written consent from Party A.
