2.1.5 试验评定  Test Evaluation
1)常用制动与缓解性能试验Performance test for common braking and releasing
各级常用制动时各车的制动缸最高压力满足下式要求。
The maximum pressure in the braking cylinders of all cars during various-staged common braking should satisfy the requirements in the following formula.
 Pmbcs=(Br*a*Dw-Tr)*6.494*10-6+0.37994
 Ptbcs=(Br*a*Dw-Tr)*4.449*10-6+0.6
式中:Where:

Pmbcs  动车制动缸压力,bar;
Pmbcs  Pressure in the braking cylinder of motor car, bar;
Ptbcs  拖车制动缸压力,bar;
Ptbcs  Pressure in the braking cylinder of trailer car, bar;
Br  对应于常用制动1-7级,Br=0.14/0.29/0.43/0.57/0.71/0.86/1;
Corresponding to one-staged to seven-staged common braking, Br=0.14/0.29/0.43/0.57/0.71/0.86/1;
a  速度低于200km/h时,a=0.8,否则a=0.6;
If the speed is less than 200km/h, a=0.8; otherwise, a=0.6;
Dw  8车单元的动态重量,kg;
Dynamic weight of 8 car units, kg;
Tr  Tr=v×v×0.61+v×25.9 + 5500[N],v为速度,km/h。
Tr=v×v×0.61+v×25.9 + 5500[N], v is the speed, km/h.
Dw计算方法为: Computation method of Dw:
  每车动态重量=(2×转向架重[kg]+转向架动态重量)+4×Tpressure×18.534)。
Dynamic weight of each car = (2 × weight of bogie [kg] + dynamic weight of bogie) + 4×Tpressure×18.534).
  其中Tpressure为转向架A空气弹簧压力,kPa;
Where, Tpressure is the air spring pressure of bogie A kPa;
  M车转向架重=8300kg,T车转向架重=6300kg;
The weight of bogie of car M is 8300kg, and the weight of bogie of car T is 6300kg;
M车转向架动态重量=1500kg,T车转向架动态重量=750kg。
The dynamic weight of bogie of car M is 1500kg, and the dynamic weight of bogie of car T 750kg.
常用7级各车制动缸压力从零升至最高压力90%的时间应不大于3秒。
The time of pressure (pressure in the braking cylinder of all common seven-staged cars) increasing from zero to 90% of the maximum pressure should not be more than 3s.
常用7级缓解,制动缸压力降至40kPa以下的时间不大于5秒。制动应该在10秒内完全缓解,制动缸压力应低于10kPa。
During the common seven-staged releasing, the time of braking cylinder pressure dropping to less than 40kPa should not be more than 5s.  The braking should be completely released within 10s, and the pressure in the braking cylinder should be less than 10kPa.

2)紧急制动与缓解性能试验
Performance test for emergency braking and releasing
紧急制动时,制动缸压力必须满足下式要求。
During emergency braking, the pressure in the braking cylinder should satisfy the requirements of the following formula.
紧急制动时,制动缸压力达到最高压力95%的时间不大于3秒。
During emergency braking, the time of braking cylinder pressure reaching to 95% of the maximum pressure should not be more than 3s.
紧急制动缓解时,制动缸压力从最高压力降至40kPa以下的时间少于5秒。制动应该在10秒内完全缓解,制动缸压力应低于10kPa。
During emergency releasing, the time of braking cylinder pressure dropping from the maximum pressure to less than 40kPa should not be less than 5s.  The braking should be completely released within 10s, and the pressure in the braking cylinder should be less than 10kPa.
3)阶段制动和阶段缓解试验  Test for graduated braking and releasing
阶段制动和阶段缓解过程动作应稳定。
The graduated braking and releasing process should be stable.
4)安全保护措施性能试验Performance test for safety protection measures
动车组应实施安全制动。The MU should be applied with safety braking.
5)乘客紧急制动功能测试
Performance test for passenger emergency braking function
由乘客紧急制动阀实施紧急制动,系统应在10s内实施常用全制动,司机操纵台上的相应信号灯应亮,按压禁止按钮超过3s,可以旁路乘客紧急制动要求。如果10s内没有旁路紧急制动,系统应启动紧急制动。
Apply emergency braking by the passenger emergency braking valve, and the system should apply complete braking within 10s. Corresponding signal lamp on the driver’s operating panel should be on. The emergency braking requirement of passenger can be bypassed by pressing the forbidden button for more than 3s.  If the emergency braking is not bypassed in 10s, the system should start emergency braking.

6)保持制动试验  Test for maintaining braking
a.处于保持制动时,动车组应实施保持制动,保持制动指示灯应亮起,动车组各车制动缸的压力应为,动车:142±20kPa;拖车:131±20kPa;
a. During maintaining braking, the MU should apply maintaining braking, corresponding lamp should be on. The pressures of braking cylinders of all cars of the MU should be 142±20kPa for motor car and 131±20kPa for trailer car;
b.处于保持制动时,按保持制动中止按钮,保持制动应被缓解。
b. During maintaining braking, the maintaining braking can be released by pressing the suspend button of maintaining braking;
c.处于保持制动时,司机控制器手柄实施比保持制动更大的制动力,保持制动应被更高要求的制动力所取代。
c. During maintaining braking, if applying a braking force which is larger than the maintaining braking on the driver’s controller handle, the maintaining braking should be replaced by the braking force with higher requirements.
4)安全保护措施性能试验Performance test for safety protection measures
a.按下司机室紧急按钮,动车组实施安全制动;
a. Press the emergency button in the driver’s cab, and apply safety braking to the MU;
b.通过ATP发出指令,动车组实施安全制动;
b. Through sending orders by ATP, apply safety braking to the MU;
c.拔除C.A1.1.1.33和C.A1.1.1.34两组断路器,使安全环路打开,动车组实施安全制动;
c. Disconnect two sets of circuit breakers of C.A1.1.1.33 and C.A1.1.1.34, and apply the safety braking by opening the safety circuit;
d.拔取司机室钥匙,使列车无效,动车组实施安全制动;
d. Pull out the key in the driver’s cab to disable the train, and apply safety braking to the MU;
e. 拔出接线端子P1.K4.T.X14上排号为19和21的接线,模拟列车部件松动 (分离),动车组实施安全制动;
e. Pull out the wiring connection with the No. of 19 and 21 on the wiring terminal P1.K4.T.X14, simulate the loosening (separating) of train components, and apply safety braking to the MU;
f.通过DSD应用安全制动,动车组实施安全制动。
f. Apply safety braking to the MU through DSD.
5)乘客紧急制动功能测试
5) Performance test for passenger emergency braking function
由乘客紧急制动阀实施紧急制动时,动车组在10s内实施常用全制动,司机操纵台上的相应信号灯亮起,10s后系统启动紧急制动。在10s内按压禁止按钮超过3s,乘客紧急制动要求被旁路。
If applying emergency braking through passenger emergency braking valve, the MU should apply common complete braking within 10s. Corresponding signal lamp on the driver’s operating panel should be on, and the system should start emergency braking after 10s.  If pressing the forbidden button for more than 3s within these 10s, the passenger emergency braking will be bypassed.
