2 制动性能试验 Braking Performance Test 2.1 制动性能静态试验 Static Test of Braking Performance 2.1.1 试验目的 Test aim 验证动车组的静态制动性能是否满足试验大纲要求。 Verify if the static braking performance of the MU satisfies the requirements of the test outline. (空车状态下的制动性能静态试验已由BST公司申请试验免除)。 (BST company has applied for the exemption of braking performance static test under empty state). 2.1.2 试验依据 Test reference 1.4 通用标准及依据。 General standards and references. 2.1.3 试验条件 Test condition 试验对象:CRH1-062E动车组,置额定载荷工况(AW2)。 Testing object: CRH1-062E MU, with rated load condition (AW2). 试验日期:静态制动试验于2009年9月10日进行,天气多云。 Testing date: the static braking test was conducted on September 10, 2009, with cloudy weather. 试验地点:青岛BST公司试验车间。 Testing place: testing workshop of Qingdao BST company. 试验前空压机工作正常,干燥器工作状态正常。 The air compressor should work normally and the working state of dryer should be normal before the test. 制动控制单元工作状态正常,试验过程中不得更换制动软件版本。 The working state of braking control unit should be normal. The edition of braking software can not be replaced during the testing process. 2.1.4 试验方法est method 分别在CRH1-E动车组的1车(Mc1)、2车(Tp1)、3车(M1)、4车(M2)、5车(Tp2)、9车(Mdi)、10车(T2)、11车(M4)的空簧测点和制动缸测点处安装空气压力传感器。 Install air pressure sensors at the air spring measuring points and braking cylinder measuring points of car 1 (Mc1), car 2 (Tp1), car 3 (M1), car 4 (M2), car 5 (Tp2), car 9 (Mdi), car 10 (T2) and car 11 (M4) of CRH1-E MU, separately. 1)常用制动与缓解性能试验Performance test for common braking and releasing 司机控制器手柄自零位分别置常用级1~7级制动位,待制动缸压力稳定后,司机制动控制器手柄移回0位。记录各级制动时制动缸最高压力、常用7级制动时制动缸从零升至最高压力90%的时间及制动缸由最高压力缓解到40kPa的时间。 Place the driver’s controller handle from zero position to one-staged to seven-staged braking positions. After the pressure in the braking cylinder is stabilized, place the handle of driver’s braking controller back to zero position. Record the maximum pressure in the braking cylinder during the various-staged braking, the time of pressure increasing from zero to 90% of the maximum pressure during the common seven-staged braking, and the time of pressure releasing from maximum pressure to 40kPa in the braking cylinder. 2)紧急制动与缓解性能试验Performance test for emergency braking and releasing 司机控制器手柄自零位置紧急制动位,待制动缸压力稳定后,司机控制器手柄移回零位。记录制动缸最高压力、制动缸从零升至最高压力95%的时间及制动缸由最高压力缓解到40kPa的时间。 Place the driver’s controller handle from zero position to emergency braking position. After the pressure in the braking cylinder is stabilized, place the handle of driver’s braking controller back to zero position. Record the maximum pressure in the braking cylinder, the time of pressure increasing from zero to 95% of the maximum pressure in the braking cylinder, and the time of pressure releasing from maximum pressure to 40kPa in the braking cylinder. 3)阶段制动和阶段缓解试验Test for graduated braking and releasing 司机控制器手柄自零位依次置常用1级~7级制动位、紧急制动位,每级制动缸压力稳定后,再进行下一级别制动;阶段缓解试验应待制动缸压力稳定后再依次阶段缓解。记录阶段制动和阶段缓解过程中制动缸压力。 Place the driver’s controller handle from zero position to one-staged to seven-staged braking positions, and emergency braking position, successively. After the pressure in the braking cylinder at each stage is stabilized, conduct the braking at the following stage. The test for graduated releasing should be conducted successively after the pressure in the braking cylinder is stabilized. Record the pressures in the braking cylinder during the graduated braking and releasing process. 4)安全保护措施性能试验Performance test for safety protection measures 用如下方法实施安全制动;Adopt the following method for safety braking: a. 按下司机室紧急按钮,实施安全制动; a. Press the emergency button in the driver’s cab for safety braking; b. 通过ATP装置应用安全制动; Apply safety braking by using ATP device; c. 拔除C.A1.1.1.33和C.A1.1.1.34两组断路器,使安全环路打开应用安全制动; c. Disconnect two sets of circuit breakers of C.A1.1.1.33 and C.A1.1.1.34, and apply the safety braking by opening the safety circuit; d. 拔取司机室钥匙使列车无效,动车组应用安全制动; d. Pull out the key in the driver’s cab to disable the train, and apply safety braking to the MU; e. 拔出接线端子P1.K4.T.X14上排号为19和21的接线,模拟列车部件松动 (分离) ,动车组应用安全制动; e. Pull out the wiring connection with the No. of 19 and 21 on the wiring terminal P1.K4.T.X14, simulate the loosening (separating) of train components, and apply safety braking to the MU; f. 通过DSD应用安全制动。Apply safety braking through DSD. 5)乘客紧急制动功能测试 5) Performance test for passenger emergency braking function 拉下乘客紧急制动阀,检查动车组司机操纵台相应信号灯的状态,等待10s,检查动车组的制动状态。 Pull down the passenger emergency braking valve, check the state of corresponding signal lamp on the operating panel in the driver’s cab, wait for 10s, and check the braking state of the MU 6)保持制动试验Test for maintaining braking a.实施保持制动,检查动车组是否实施了保持制动,保持制动指示灯是否亮起,记录动车组各车制动缸的压力。 a. Apply maintaining braking, check if the MU braking is realized, if corresponding lamp is on, and record the pressures of braking cylinders of all cars of the MU. b.处于保持制动时,按保持制动中止按钮,检查保持制动是否缓解。 b. During maintaining braking, press the suspend button of maintaining braking, and check if the braking is released. c.处于保持制动时,司机控制器手柄实施比保持制动更大的制动力,检查动车组制动缸压力,保持制动应被更高要求的制动力所取代。 c. During maintaining braking, apply a braking force larger than the maintaining braking on the driver’s controller handle, check the pressure in the braking cylinder of the MU, and the maintaining braking should be replaced by the braking force with higher requirement.
