长难句及保赔条款的翻译
INDEMNIFICATION用于赔偿条款或独立的赔偿协议中时指的是一个广义的过程，包括赔，赔偿，对赔偿的限制，救济等一切与赔偿相关的行为。
赔偿条款因句型比较复杂，词汇较难理解，一直是翻译的难点，尤其是涉及本类型的句子都是些超长的句子，对该类型的句子，应按照逻辑关系，根据从“因”到“果”的逻辑反推，再按中文因果关系的逻辑将其表达出来。参见下面的例子（汉译英），在遇到此类句型时，首要考虑到保赔条款的译法：
